For endpoint protection, Bitdefender GravityZone Elite is installed on office computers and the server (https://www.bitdefender.com/business/enterprise-products/elite-security.html). This software provides comprehensive endpoint protection, risk analytics, reporting, monitoring, and prevention.
For network security, intrusion detection and prevention, Unifi Security Gateway is the main firewall and gateway for your network (https://www.ui.com/unifi-routing/usg/).
For DNS security, the network is set to use Quad9 (https://www.quad9.net/) to block known phishing, malware, and other threats.
For email security, Google Gmail is in use along with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to block harmful attachments, phishing attempts, and authenticate email.
For data protection, off-site backups to Amazon AWS and on-site backups to a USB hard drive connected to the server are in place and we are currently monitoring both on a daily basis.
