Go to Embed Codes List
Check to see if the Facebook Page or Groups is selected.
If Page is selected then Username must be input on the second line.
If Groups is selected then Groups ID must have a numberical value on the next line.
Groups must have been previously created in facebook. Creating Groups will automatically create a numberical ID. These, groups and pages can not be interchanged
Make sure Caching is disabled for the page the Live Embeds will be on. Disable Caching by going to page of video and select Edit. Then uncheck caching in WP Rocket.
