Worldox Professional licensing is based on concurrent users, meaning, “the number of instances of Worldox that can be open at the same time.”
In other words, Worldox can be installed on an unlimited number of workstations. However, your license limits the number of users that can actually run Worldox at the same time. For example: if you have a ten user concurrent license, only ten instances of Worldox can launch simultaneously. If an eleventh user tries to open Worldox, they will receive a warning that all licenses are in use.
Concurrent licensing in Worldox is managed by the application itself and does not require any administration by the user.
