Go to Twilio
Select Studio second Icon
The widget say_pay controls voice mail.
Select say_play widget as in example above name say_pay_1
Dialog box will appear.
Enter message in TEXT TO SAY FIELD.
Just under Say a Message.
SAVE
Go to top of the screen and select PUBLISH
