email Always set From to: support+customername@vitalitysouth.com

To sum up:
Always set From: addresses to something we have verified like  support+customername@vitalitysouth.com
Always set Reply-To: addresses to the real customer’s email address

Make sure on all websites/apps that send any emails from contact forms or otherwise, the From: address is something under our control that we have validated with Amazon. It’s always safe to use an address like support+customername@vitalitysouth.com. We can support using the customer’s domain, which is no problem, BUT that requires extra setup and will not work by default. Amazon will block outgoing emails from domains that have not been verified with them (they look at the domain in the From: address of the email).
However, it’s always fine to set the Reply-To: to anything you want. So, always set the Reply-To address on all forms to be the customer’s real address. That way replies will go back to the customer.
