Google Forms not Opening

Error message: ‘this form can only be viewed by users in the owner’s organization’

1. Open a form in Google Forms.
2. At the top of the form, click Settings.
3. Next to “Responses,” click the Down arrow .
4. Turn off Restrict to users in [yourdomain.com] and its trusted organizations.
