Problem
Customer emails were deleted accidently by a puppy walking on the keyboard. Need to get the emails back. Customer did not know specifics keywords or number of emails deleted.
The emails may not all have been deleted but have gone to another folder.
Resolution
Control – Shift – F for Advanced Find
Sort by all messages in all folders
Define Criteria
Modified – Today
All emails were retrieved.
